Roberto is a member of our firm’s Corporate, Real Estate and Foreign Investment Departments. He specializes in the development and financing of real estate projects, Due Diligence, M&A, international contracting, and asset restructuring, among other matters.
In 2017, he served as Associate Lawyer at the Miami office of US law firm Akerman LLP.
